Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting Manager (KLI-30) to lead the full spectrum of financial operations for our rapidly expanding organization. This pivotal position serves as the primary conduit between the Indonesian finance team and the headquarters’ Mandarin‑speaking management, ensuring seamless communication, accurate reporting, and strategic financial alignment across borders.

The successful candidate will operate from our Gunung Sindur campus (Kab. Bogor) with the expectation to transition to the new PIK 2 site upon its completion. This role offers a dynamic environment where analytical rigor, leadership, and multilingual proficiency converge to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations Management: Supervise daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes to guarantee data integrity.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and cash‑flow forecasts; lead the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly re‑forecasting.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure timely filing of tax returns, oversee statutory compliance with Indonesian PSAK and tax regulations, and coordinate external audit engagements.
  • Internal Controls: Design, implement, and continuously improve internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risk.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Cross‑Cultural Liaison: Act as the financial spokesperson to Mandarin‑speaking senior management, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strategic Analysis: Provide financial modeling for new projects, evaluate investment opportunities, and support senior leadership with cost‑benefit analyses.
  • Systems Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance ERP and reporting tools, ensuring accurate data flow and real‑time financial visibility.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial results to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to facilitate direct communication with headquarters.
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian PSAK, tax regulations, and international financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and management accounting.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Flexibility to work in Gunung Sindur and relocate to the PIK 2 area after construction.
