Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including countertop, display case, and seating area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and providing knowledgeable information about coffee origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and supplies; communicate restocking needs to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new menu items, seasonal promotions, and industry trends.
- Uphold the brand’s standards for presentation, timing, and customer interaction, contributing to a consistent and high‑quality experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference based on company policy).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista in a café or similar environment.
- Demonstrated honesty, quick thinking, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and work in a fast‑moving setting.
- Basic knowledge of coffee bean varieties, roast levels, and brewing techniques.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
