Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle the picking, sorting, and packing of fresh fruits to maintain optimal quality and presentation.
- Actively promote and sell fruit products to schools, universities, corporate offices, and other institutions, establishing strong business relationships.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to all customers, ensuring a positive purchasing experience.
- Leverage personal networks and community connections to expand our client base and generate repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Utilize a personal vehicle for timely deliveries and market visits within the Sumedang area.
- Communicate product information clearly, answering customer inquiries and offering recommendations based on nutritional benefits.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to synchronize stock levels and avoid product shortages.
- Report daily sales activity, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Residency in Sumedang City or surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to approach schools, campuses, and offices.
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in fruit handling and packing.
- Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for transportation and deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining product benefits to a diverse clientele.
- Friendly, humble, and customer‑centric attitude; able to build rapport quickly.
- Organizational talent with a broad network of contacts and the ability to nurture those relationships.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems or willingness to learn.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
