The successful candidate will manage multiple distribution channels, conduct consumer surveys, and support the growth of our multifinance portfolio. Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing tailored financing solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage all available distribution channels, including branch networks, partner dealerships, and digital platforms, to maximize outreach and conversion rates.
- Conduct comprehensive consumer surveys to gather feedback, identify market trends, and refine product offerings.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close financing agreements in line with company policies.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, generating performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, credit, and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely disbursement of funds.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and best sales practices.
- Represent Adira Finance at local events, dealership openings, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates from reputable institutions are preferred.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related B2C sales environment; fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, adapting to a fast‑paced environment.
