Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi dan Pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan to join our dynamic Human Resources team at our Head Office in Ciracas, East Jakarta. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs, supporting employee benefit compliance, and acting as a trusted point of contact for staff inquiries. The ideal candidate will blend strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills, staying ahead of evolving government regulations while delivering superior service to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the complete database of employee BPJS contributions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports on BPJS expenditures, presenting data in Excel dashboards for senior management review.
  • Monitor updates to government regulations, including the latest UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPH 21 statutes, and translate these changes into actionable internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of BPJS documentation to verify compliance and identify any discrepancies before they become issues.
  • Provide clear, written and verbal explanations of BPJS benefits, eligibility criteria, and claim procedures to employees across all levels.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and finance departments to synchronize benefit deductions, ensuring seamless integration with salary processing.
  • Assist HR in designing and communicating employee benefit workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions related to health and employment insurance.
  • Support the onboarding process by setting up new hires in the BPJS system and guiding them through enrollment steps.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee data, adhering to data protection standards and internal security protocols.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving overall employee experience and benefit utilization rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years (ideal candidate 28 ± 2 years).
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a similar BPJS or employee benefits administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of current Indonesian government regulations concerning BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPH 21.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex benefit concepts in simple terms.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a service‑mindset.
  • Willingness to work on‑site at the Head Office in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur, with standard office hours (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00).
