Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Assist in daily inventory checks, record discrepancies, and communicate stock concerns to the store manager.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve weekly sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
