Responsibilities
- Provide thorough consultations, explaining procedures, expected outcomes, and after‑care instructions to each patient.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all medical equipment, supplies, and consumables are sterilized, organized, and ready for use.
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments—including facial protocols, dermal filler injections, botulinum toxin administration, intravenous infusions, and phlebotomy—in strict accordance with clinic SOPs and national health regulations.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, promptly addressing any adverse reactions or complications.
- Document all patient interactions, treatment details, medication usage, and inventory movements in the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, dermatologists, and cosmetologists to develop customized treatment plans.
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance, calibration, and safety checks to guarantee optimal performance.
- Assist in the training of junior staff and interns, sharing best practices for injection techniques, aseptic procedures, and client communication.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, providing feedback on workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to the clinic’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 09:30‑17:30) and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (D4) in Nursing.
- Active Indonesian Nursing License (STRK) in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting; experience in beauty‑industry procedures is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in injection techniques, intravenous infusion, and blood collection.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic protocols, patient safety standards, and local healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures in simple terms.
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan.
