Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Spesialis Telemarketing Perbankan to join our fast‑growing financial services team in Tomang, West Jakarta. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong desire to develop a career in banking sales and customer relationship management. You will be the voice of our institution, connecting with prospective clients, verifying their information, and guiding them through the application process for a range of financial products.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, verify personal and financial data, and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
- Promote and explain a portfolio of banking products—including savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and investment services—tailoring the pitch to each customer’s needs.
- Accurately complete electronic application forms using our internal software, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled and documentation is attached.
- Track each lead through the sales funnel, providing timely follow‑up and escalating any issues to the supervisory team.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and compliance departments to guarantee that applications meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain daily activity logs, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and target achievement.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer objections and suggestions for improving scripts and processes.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑35 years.
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets; a proven target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written, with a professional telephone etiquette.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or call‑center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills, comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and data entry applications.
- Quick learner, able to follow instructions accurately and adapt to new scripts or product updates.
- Highly disciplined, reliable, and accountable for personal performance.
- Willingness to be placed at our Tomang office in West Jakarta.
- Availability to work standard hours from 08:00 – 18:00, with a schedule to be confirmed during onboarding.
