Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Waiter – Food Service Professional to join our dynamic front‑of‑house team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and satisfied throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to service standards.
  • Handle payment transactions, process bills, and manage cash or electronic payments with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns or complaints professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training to stay current with menu changes and service techniques.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, promoting a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

Requirements

  • Age: 18 – 40 years.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by client’s operational requirements).
  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong work discipline and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods.
  • Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques, including knowledge of menu items and wine pairings.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
