Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly demeanor and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes, and attending to additional guest needs.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to company standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates are preferred, in accordance with the current staffing policy.
- Age: up to 30 years old (maximum age limit as per company guidelines).
- Excellent attitude and strong communication skills, both verbal and non‑verbal.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during peak periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
