Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes while maintaining high food‑quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station; follow sanitation protocols and pass regular health inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, fellow kitchen staff, and front‑of‑house personnel to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Step in as a cashier during peak periods, accurately handling cash, credit transactions, and issuing receipts.
  • Provide courteous, prompt assistance to guests when needed, answering basic menu questions and taking special requests.
  • Participate in daily briefings, contribute ideas for menu improvements, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, punctuality, and dress code, including wearing the provided uniform and name badge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only, in accordance with the specific operational needs of the location.
  • Age: no upper limit; we welcome applicants who meet the skill and attitude criteria.
  • Honest, friendly, quick‑thinking, and highly communicative.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to take on dual responsibilities as a kitchen staff member and cashier.
  • Basic proficiency in operating common kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Strong numeracy skills for cash handling and basic point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
