Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Senior Accounting Staff Member to join our fast‑growing finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, supporting day‑to‑day cash flow management, and preparing reliable reports for senior management. Responsibilities
- Record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, cash receipts, and cash disbursements, using the company’s accounting software.
- Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices, ensuring proper tax calculations and compliance with local regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a weekly basis to verify the consistency between bank statements and internal records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitor due dates, and coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights on expense trends and revenue projections.
- Support internal and external audits by supplying necessary documentation and explanations of accounting entries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and supporting documents to facilitate quick retrieval and audit readiness.
- Continuously improve accounting processes by recommending automation opportunities and best‑practice procedures.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: 20 – 26 years
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a D1 diploma in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation) and basic accounting software for journal entry posting.
- Core Competencies: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
