Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers through phone calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and digital channels to understand their mobility needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features, safety benefits, and financing options.
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies that align with regional market trends and Suzuki’s corporate goals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software, updating records daily and following up on inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and service teams to coordinate promotions, events, and after‑sales support.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product launches, industry regulations, and best‑practice selling techniques.
  • Represent Suzuki at community outreach programs, motor shows, and dealership open houses to strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and presentable with a professional appearance.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) is highly preferred.
  • Own reliable transportation and residence in Malang to ensure timely customer visits.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
