Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Document production data, including output rates, downtime, and any deviations, using the company’s ERP system.
- Assist in the setup and change‑over of production lines, ensuring minimal downtime between batches.
- Participate in routine cleaning, sanitation, and safety checks to maintain a hazard‑free workspace.
- Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support inventory management by organizing and labeling components, and reporting shortages promptly.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, lean initiatives, and cost‑reduction measures.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
- Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating honesty, discipline, and a willingness to work hard under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
