Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Anggota Tim Produksi – Bertanggung Jawab Proses Manufaktur to join our fast‑growing manufacturing floor. The role offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, providing ample opportunity to develop technical skills while working alongside an experienced production crew.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Document production data, including output rates, downtime, and any deviations, using the company’s ERP system.
  • Assist in the setup and change‑over of production lines, ensuring minimal downtime between batches.
  • Participate in routine cleaning, sanitation, and safety checks to maintain a hazard‑free workspace.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support inventory management by organizing and labeling components, and reporting shortages promptly.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, lean initiatives, and cost‑reduction measures.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating honesty, discipline, and a willingness to work hard under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
