Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and address inquiries with a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and ensure proper cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive stock deliveries, unpack merchandise, and replenish shelves promptly to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and support loss‑prevention initiatives by identifying suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and safety drills to stay up‑to‑date with company policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age; no upper age limit specified.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance: Must present a neat, tidy, and well‑groomed look at all times.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to listen actively, speak clearly, and convey information effectively.
- Customer‑service mindset: Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Flexibility to work in the Surabaya area, specifically the Manyar outlet.

- Reliability: Punctual attendance and willingness to work the scheduled shift of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
