Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Gudang Frozen to join our dynamic warehouse team at the Srengseng facility in West Jakarta. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in ensuring that fresh and frozen products move smoothly through inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and contribute to maintaining the high quality standards expected by our customers.
Responsibilities
The role is divided into three core operational areas, each with specific duties that support efficient warehouse management:
- Inbound Operations
- Admin: Verify Purchase Orders (PO) received from suppliers, cross‑check quantities, and confirm that goods entering the hub meet documentation requirements.
- Helper: Unload and place products in designated storage zones, ensure proper stacking, and monitor expiration dates to prevent spoilage of fresh and frozen items.
- Outbound Operations
- Picker: Retrieve items accurately according to sales orders (SO), ensuring the correct SKU, quantity, and batch are selected for each shipment.
- Packer: Prepare goods for dispatch, perform a final quality check to confirm alignment with the sales order and the designated delivery route, and seal packages for transport.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain orderly placement of products, confirming that each item is stored in its correct location.
- Reconcile system stock levels with physical counts, updating the warehouse management system promptly.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor for corrective action.
- Additional Duties
- Adhere to shift schedules, including weekends and national holidays, to ensure continuous warehouse coverage.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth workflow.
- Follow safety protocols, proper handling of cold‑chain products, and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory handling, preferably with fresh and frozen goods.
- Proficiency in inventory management tools, basic Excel, and familiarity with retail stock control.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking expiration dates and order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a shift system (08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday) and be available on holidays.
- Physical stamina to handle manual loading/unloading and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
