Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Spesialis Accounting Keuangan to join our dynamic finance team within a leading property and hospitality management group. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision‑making across our portfolio of hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and must be ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and post monthly journal entries for property and hospitality operations, ensuring adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
  • Compile and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and cash flow forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor reconciliations, invoice processing, and timely collections.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of Indonesian tax filings, such as PPN (VAT), PPh 21 (employee withholding), and PPh 23 (service tax), guaranteeing compliance with the Directorate General of Taxes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly and year‑end audits, supplying required documentation and responding to audit queries.
  • Maintain fixed‑asset registers, conduct periodic physical inventories, and calculate depreciation in accordance with company policy.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, collaborating with department heads to collect cost data and project future financial performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, automate routine tasks using spreadsheet macros or ERP modules, and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, answering finance‑related questions with clear, concise communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within a property or hospitality management environment.
  • Proficient command of English—both written and spoken—to prepare reports and interact with multinational partners.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN, PPh 21, and PPh 23.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High ethical standards, honesty, responsibility, and a reputation for trustworthiness.
  • Proactive attitude, responsive communication style, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
