Introduction
We are seeking diligent and reliable individuals to join our Crew Personal Hygiene Services team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The primary purpose of this role is to safeguard the cleanliness and safety of the production area by ensuring that every employee, visitor, and contractor complies with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards and strict entry protocols. This position is critical for maintaining product integrity, meeting regulatory requirements, and protecting the health of all personnel on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify that every individual entering the production zone is wearing clean, compliant PPE in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce the prohibition of prohibited items (e.g., mobile phones, food, non‑approved tools) by conducting thorough bag and equipment checks at entry points.
- Document any violations in the daily violation log, issue corrective notices, and follow up to ensure immediate compliance.
- Provide first‑aid assistance and complete incident reports when workplace accidents occur, coordinating with the safety department for further investigation.
- Perform routine sweeping and visual inspections of employee garments and work accessories to detect contamination or damage.
- Maintain accurate daily reports for the Personal Hygiene team, including entry‑exit registers, violation books, and cleaning checklists.
- Participate in scheduled overtime and assist with general cleaning campaigns, such as deep‑cleaning of production aisles, equipment exteriors, and locker rooms.
- Rotate across all plant areas as required, adapting quickly to different shift patterns (morning, afternoon, night) and varying operational demands.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, quality assurance, and occupational health teams to continuously improve hygiene protocols.
- Promote a culture of honesty, firmness, and proactive problem‑solving among peers, serving as a role model for personal hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a team‑oriented, fast‑moving industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal traits: courage to enforce rules, firmness in decision‑making, and unwavering honesty.
- Willingness to be rotated and placed in any area of the plant, with flexible availability for morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of accident investigation, environmental health analysis, hazard control, and occupational health assessment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, conduct sweeping, and perform occasional lifting of cleaning equipment.
