Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide product knowledge to drive sales.
- Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately, handle cash, and process electronic payments.
- Maintain inventory records by conducting regular stock counts, receiving deliveries, and updating the store management system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including merchandising displays and signage.
- Operate store computers for inventory control, sales reporting, and daily reconciliation tasks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Perform routine opening and closing procedures, such as securing cash drawers, turning off equipment, and setting alarms.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product lines, store policies, and emerging retail technologies.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and store layout enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; SMK, SMA, D3, or S1 qualifications are also acceptable.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Computer literacy: Ability to operate store management software, POS systems, and basic office applications.
- Professional appearance: Well‑groomed, presentable, and capable of representing the brand positively.
- Core soft skills: Honesty, strong work ethic, good communication, teamwork, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
