Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Pati, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless order processing and credit management. Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell the company’s product lines to existing accounts and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Generate orders through the designated distribution channels, accurately capture initial customer data, and verify all required documentation.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, and designated payment locations, while proactively addressing any queries related to invoicing or contract terms.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and after‑sales support teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and post‑sale service.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to suggest actionable improvements to the sales strategy.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, providing insights on performance metrics and contributing ideas for target achievement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or a related field; experience in credit‑based selling is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid, active SIM A/C.
  • Strong sales‑orientation, ability to meet or exceed targets, and a solid grasp of product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in managing sales data, preparing reports, and using CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with placement based on the candidate’s domicile.
