Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer to join our BCA Finance team at the Prabumulih branch. This frontline position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building strong partnerships, and driving loan and financing product sales in the region. The successful candidate will work directly with customers and business partners, conducting on‑site surveys, analyzing creditworthiness, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved. The role is full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and is based in Prabumulih and its surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance’s suite of financial products, including consumer loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑business credit.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden the company’s network of partners and clients.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct field surveys and gather relevant data to assess the creditworthiness and eligibility of potential borrowers.
- Prepare detailed analysis reports and present findings to senior management for informed decision‑making.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing targeted outreach campaigns and follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, risk management, and marketing to streamline the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and compliance documentation in line with data protection regulations (UU No. 27/2022).
- Participate in community events and local networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Academic achievement: GPA of at least 2.50.
- Gender: Male (as per the current posting requirements).
- Age: No upper age limit; applicants of any age are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset – capable of conducting credit analysis and interpreting financial data.
- Passion for field work and willingness to travel within the Prabumulih region.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for on‑site visits.
- Residency in Prabumulih or nearby districts.
- Commitment to comply with personal data protection laws and consent to use of personal information for recruitment purposes.
