Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staff Gudang (Warehouse Staff) for our Cibitung facility in Kabupaten Bekasi. This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of goods through our distribution hub, supporting both inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess the physical stamina required for handling a variety of products, including temperature‑sensitive items.
Responsibilities
- Inbound – Administration: Verify Purchase Orders (PO) from suppliers, cross‑check quantities, and confirm product specifications before goods enter the warehouse.
- Inbound – Helper: Unload pallets, place items in designated storage locations, and label each product clearly. Inspect expiration dates and flag any items that are near or past their shelf life.
- Outbound – Picker: Retrieve items according to Sales Orders (SO), ensure correct picking sequence, and prepare items for the packing area while minimizing errors.
- Outbound – Packer: Pack goods securely, verify that packed items match the SO, and align shipments with the appropriate delivery routes to optimize logistics efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock verification, reconcile system data with physical counts, and perform cycle counts on a scheduled basis to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and report any hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Shift Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members across rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays, to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail inventory environment.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, basic Excel skills, and familiarity with handling perishable goods.
- Strong organizational abilities, keen eye for detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Willingness to be placed in the Cibitung warehouse and to work in a shift system (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Flexibility to work on public holidays and weekend shifts as operational needs dictate.
