We are a fast‑growing restaurant brand seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Waiters to join our front‑of‑house team. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, well‑served, and eager to return. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail, ensuring correct presentation and timing.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, replenish drinks, clear used dishes, and respond to guest needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to health and safety standards.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and produce accurate checks for guests.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality when dealing with guest information and company policies.
  • Adhere to scheduled working hours: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, contributing to a disciplined and trustworthy work environment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this specific posting.
  • No prior experience required; we welcome fresh talent eager to learn.
  • Essential personal qualities: honesty, responsibility, discipline, reliability, and a cooperative spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including table setting and order taking.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or dishes up to 10 kg.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
