Responsibilities
- Manage the entry and exit flow of vehicles, verifying tickets, issuing passes, and ensuring smooth traffic movement in the parking lot.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and control room dashboards to detect any irregularities, security breaches, or equipment malfunctions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with directions, and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Conduct routine inspections of parking spaces, barriers, lighting, and payment machines, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of daily vehicle counts, revenue collections, and incident reports for audit purposes.
- Enforce parking rules and regulations, issuing warnings or fines when necessary while maintaining a respectful tone.
- Collaborate with the security team to coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
- Assist in training new attendants, sharing best practices for crowd control, safety protocols, and system usage.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and contribute ideas for process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates up to 29 years of age; all genders may apply for related support roles.
- Height at least 165 cm for male applicants with a proportionate body weight.
- No visible piercings, tattoos, or corrective lenses (no glasses, contacts, or prescription lenses).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a control room environment as well as in a team on the parking floor.
- Basic computer literacy to operate ticketing and monitoring software.
- Willingness to relocate to Palembang and start work immediately.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Tuesday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
