Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Front Office Perhotelan to join our vibrant hospitality team. This entry‑level position is ideal for an active college or university student who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced hotel environment. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will become the face of our property, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, managing check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Handle reservation inquiries, cancellations, and modifications using our property management system (PMS) while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and special promotions.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with essential supplies.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, room revenue, and guest feedback for the front office manager.
- Assist in training new front desk staff and share best practices for customer service excellence.
- Support promotional events, group bookings, and conference arrangements by liaising with sales and events teams.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and data privacy regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Active enrollment in a college or university program related to hospitality, tourism, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Positive, creative, and innovative mindset, capable of suggesting improvements to front office processes.
- Basic knowledge of a Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) or similar hospitality software is advantageous.
- All educational levels accepted; no prior work experience required, though internships in hospitality are beneficial.
