Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary needs.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks, while monitoring course progression.
  • Set, clear, and reset tables following the restaurant’s standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts with precision and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.
  • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for service excellence.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Participate in regular staff briefings, inventory checks, and shift handovers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest feedback, resolving any issues to achieve complete satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Female (as per current hiring policy).
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus, though fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome.
  • Essential soft skills: honesty, discipline, quick thinking, strong communication, and a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems for order entry and payment processing.
