Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture new business opportunities across multiple channels, including B2B, B2C, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional service, timely follow‑up, and value‑added solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the market.
  • Collaborate with product development, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless rollout of promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and timely progression of leads.
  • Work under pressure to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Resilience under pressure and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in sales development (Pengembangan Penjualan) techniques and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
