Responsibilities

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional service, timely follow‑up, and value‑added solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with product development, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless rollout of promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and timely progression of leads.
- Work under pressure to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while adhering to budget constraints.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience under pressure and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in sales development (Pengembangan Penjualan) techniques and familiarity with CRM software.
