Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Administrator Inventory System to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our inventory data, supporting seamless operations across our warehouse and distribution network. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong analytical abilities, and demonstrate a commitment to precision in every task.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the inventory management system on a daily basis, ensuring all entries are current and error‑free.
  • Conduct regular stock opname (physical warehouse counts) and reconcile the results with system data to identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed inventory reports for management, highlighting variances, turnover rates, and stock ageing.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, flagging low‑stock items and assisting in the creation of replenishment plans.
  • Ensure all documentation related to inventory movements (receipts, dispatch notes, adjustment forms) is accurately filed and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
  • Support periodic audits by providing auditors with required data and explanations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, charts, and macros that streamline data analysis.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects such as inventory valuation, cycle counts, and process automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 35 years.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in inventory administration, warehouse coordination, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macro creation).
  • Personal Attributes: Highly detail‑oriented, honest, organized, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
