Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial Pendidikan for its Solok office. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company’s accounts receivable (A/R) overdue portfolio is managed efficiently and recovered within established timelines. Responsibilities

  • Monitor the A/R overdue portfolio daily, identify delinquent accounts, and prioritize collection actions based on risk and exposure.
  • Execute timely collection calls, emails, and field visits to borrowers, employing persuasive negotiation techniques while maintaining professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the Credit and Risk Management teams to verify borrower information, assess repayment capacity, and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate collection reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate, days past due, and trend analysis.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel when escalation to formal recovery procedures or litigation is required.
  • Support the development of improved collection policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials for junior staff.
  • Participate in weekly cross‑functional meetings to align collection targets with broader business objectives and share insights on borrower behavior.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards related to debt collection and data privacy.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by sharing best practices, mentoring new hires, and demonstrating integrity in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services; experience in a multifinance environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and using CRM or loan management systems.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Adira Finance Solok office.
  • Willingness to travel within the Solok region for on‑site collection visits when necessary.
