Responsibilities

  • Prepare, garnish, and present a wide variety of food items and beverages according to company recipes and visual standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with local health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, utensils, and consumables; report shortages to the kitchen manager.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, waitstaff, and front‑of‑house personnel to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on proper plating techniques, portion control, and customer interaction.
  • Handle special dietary requests and customize presentations for VIP guests.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal specials, and promotional presentations.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations for events, banquets, and catering assignments.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming work environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Preferred residence: Bangkalan City or surrounding areas for easy commuting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic knowledge of a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting of kitchen supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding food safety, portion accuracy, and visual appeal.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
