Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks—including espresso, pour‑over, cold brew, and specialty seasonal beverages—according to Kedai Kopi Premium’s exacting standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work station, ensuring all equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) is regularly cleaned and calibrated.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner; take orders, answer product questions, and provide recommendations based on individual taste preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables; notify the store manager of low stock and assist with restocking shelves.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage of perishable items and regular sanitization of surfaces.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members, supporting a cooperative environment during peak hours and ensuring smooth hand‑overs between shifts.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on new brewing techniques, product launches, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving store layout, menu presentation, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Female candidates with a presentable and professional appearance.
- Age between 18 and 26 years; single status preferred to ensure flexible scheduling.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No current enrollment in college or university programs; full‑time availability required.
- Residency near the outlet is highly advantageous for punctuality and shift coverage.
- Basic barista skills or a willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday–Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
