Introduction

The position is based on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Flexibility is essential, as the role may require occasional shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service in strict accordance with Accor’s brand standards, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage daily front‑office and sales operations, including reservation handling, upselling of services, and coordination of special requests.
  • Maintain high levels of service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departmental teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve operational challenges with poise, turning potential issues into opportunities for positive experiences.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing initiatives to boost occupancy and revenue.
  • Mentor junior staff, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Support the implementation of Accor’s sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives by promoting responsible practices among guests and staff.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and corporate learning programs to stay current with industry trends and brand updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant specialization is preferred.
  • At least 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar sales or front‑office role within the hospitality sector; experience in upscale hotel environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests, colleagues, and senior management effectively.
  • Professional appearance, well‑groomed demeanor, and a guest‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support peak occupancy periods.
  • Proficient English language skills (spoken and written) are highly desirable; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Leadership potential for supervisory or managerial growth, demonstrated through initiative, problem‑solving, and team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated sales development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Technologically savvy with familiarity in PMS (Property Management Systems), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
