Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks, adhering to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area, including equipment sanitation and inventory management.
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable conversation, offering recommendations based on taste preferences.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling cash transactions and digital payments accurately.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, especially Monday‑Saturday 08:00‑17:00 shifts.
- Monitor stock levels of beans, teas, milk, syrups, and disposables, and communicate re‑order needs to the manager.
- Stay updated on emerging coffee and tea trends, attending periodic training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Uphold the café’s brand image by maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; must present an attractive, well‑groomed appearance.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (interpretation of “Maksimal 0 Tahun” as a placeholder for a young professional).
- No prior full‑time employment with another company; must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any college program.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick‑thinking and agile in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic technology proficiency: comfortable with POS terminals, inventory software, and mobile ordering apps.
- Single status preferred to ensure flexible scheduling.
