Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Penjualan dan Kasir to join our dynamic team in Makassar. This hybrid role combines sales administration with cash handling responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations for our retail and wholesale activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, trustworthy professional with a strong background in accounting or finance, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily sales transactions, both cash and electronic, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash (kas kecil) and main cash accounts (kas besar) on a regular basis.
  • Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and delivery notes, and archive them in the company’s document management system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to verify order details, pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Update and monitor stock levels in the inventory system, flagging discrepancies for the warehouse team.
  • Generate periodic financial reports, including daily cash flow statements, sales summaries, and variance analyses.
  • Assist the accounting department with month‑end closing tasks, such as bank reconciliation and expense verification.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and order status.
  • Utilize office administration software (e.g., Microsoft Office, accounting packages) to streamline workflow and improve data integrity.
  • Support internal audits by supplying necessary documentation and explaining cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company’s internal control standards and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in accounting, financial administration, or cashier duties.
  • Proficiency with office administration and accounting software (e.g., Excel, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of petty cash management and larger cash handling processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, disciplined, and honest with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Resides in Makassar or surrounding areas, with reliable transportation to the workplace.
