Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring food preparation follows company recipes, safety standards, and quality controls.
- Coordinate and monitor cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment, dining areas, and storage rooms to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage a team of kitchen assistants and cleaning staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of raw materials and cleaning supplies.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle customer service issues related to food quality or cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on kitchen productivity, waste reduction, and cleaning audits for senior management.
- Schedule and coordinate double‑shift operations (morning and night) to ensure seamless service coverage.
- Train new hires on equipment operation, proper cleaning techniques, and workplace discipline.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements within the kitchen and cleaning departments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in kitchen operations or facility cleaning.

- Proven ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and the mental resilience (“mental baja”) to handle high‑pressure situations.
- Excellent discipline, honesty, and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible double‑shift schedules (08:00‑17:00 and night shifts as needed).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
- Quick problem‑solving abilities, especially for urgent clean‑up tasks.
