Introduction
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join the crew at our new Mie Gacoan outlet in Bogor – Dramaga. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or those with at least one year of experience in food & beverage service who are eager to develop a versatile skill set in a fast‑growing restaurant brand. As a crew member you will be immersed in every facet of restaurant operations, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house preparation, ensuring guests receive the high‑quality experience that Mie Gacoan is known for.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and station responsibilities within the restaurant, including cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim‑sum, production, and clean‑up areas.
- Participate in a rotating station schedule (rolling station) to build cross‑functional expertise and maintain operational flexibility.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to guests, adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper handling of food‑service equipment.
- Engage in ongoing training programs (3‑6 months) to continuously improve product knowledge, service standards, and teamwork skills.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, service improvements, and operational efficiencies during team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Height: Minimum 160 cm for males, 155 cm for females.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or hospitality service (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Active SKCK (police clearance) with no criminal record.
- Good physical health; no history of illnesses that could affect job performance.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Readiness to undergo a comprehensive training period and to be assigned to the Bogor‑Dramaga branch for the long term.
