Responsibilities
- Transport goods and passengers safely and efficiently according to scheduled routes.
- Plan daily routes using GPS and traffic information to minimize delays and fuel consumption.
- Conduct pre‑trip vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and perform basic maintenance such as oil checks and tire pressure adjustments.
- Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, delivery receipts, and any incidents that occur on the road.
- Provide courteous customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, answering queries, and representing the company’s brand positively.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts, to meet peak demand periods.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate pick‑up and drop‑off times.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and stay updated on best practices for vehicle operation.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (Laki‑laki).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid SIM A driver’s license; preference given to those with a clean driving record.
- Own motor vehicle (motorcycle) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work overtime when required, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and reliability.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new routes, and embrace challenges.
- Prior experience in delivery or passenger transport is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple deliveries within set deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with customers.
