Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staf Promosi Penjualan (SPG) to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility and increasing product uptake across a network of retail outlets. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will be responsible for planning outlet visits, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that our product displays meet the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute scheduled visits to assigned retail outlets, aligning with weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct active product promotions, including live demonstrations, sampling, and point‑of‑sale engagements.
- Clearly articulate product benefits, features, and differentiators to customers, addressing questions and objections.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available and reporting shortages promptly.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays that comply with the company’s planogram and any ongoing marketing programs.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and consumer feedback, and relay insights to the sales manager.
- Collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to synchronize promotional calendars and share best practices.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the brand positively at all times.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to the overall performance of the outlet network.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, SPG, or promotional roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Well‑groomed appearance, confident posture, and a friendly demeanor.
- Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Analytical abilities to assess customer needs and adapt promotional tactics accordingly.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools for reporting and inventory tracking.
