Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Banking (Area Karawang) to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving the acquisition and growth of motor vehicle financing and refinancing solutions within the Karawang region. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with a passion for customer relationship building, ensuring that our financing products remain competitive and accessible while maintaining high credit quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive marketing activities to promote motor vehicle loans and refinancing facilities, including cold‑calling, networking events, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and nurture relationships with dealers, automobile showrooms, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders to create a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Guide applicants through the credit application process, collecting required documentation, entering data into the banking system, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Perform thorough creditworthiness assessments, analyzing financial statements, repayment capacity, and risk factors to recommend loan approvals or rejections.
- Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios, identify early warning signs of delinquency, and work with borrowers on remediation plans.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting, legal, and risk management teams to streamline approval workflows and minimize turnaround time.
- Prepare regular reports on sales targets, conversion rates, and market feedback for senior management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact product positioning.
- Participate in continuous training programs to sharpen product knowledge, digital marketing techniques, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.

- Work experience: At least 1 year in banking sales, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and market potential.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media advertising, email campaigns, and lead‑generation platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; comfortable building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional after‑hours client meetings.
