Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Operasional Laundry dan Penanganan Kebersihan to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our laundry facilities run smoothly, meet high standards of hygiene, and support the overall cleanliness of the premises. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing stations to ensure efficient processing of linens, uniforms, and guest items.
- Sort, tag, and track laundry items using a digital inventory system, ensuring accuracy in counting and documentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene protocols, including proper handling of chemicals, sanitization of equipment, and regular cleaning of work areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of laundry equipment, report any malfunctions, and coordinate minor repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Prepare daily work schedules, manage shift rotations, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets within the 08:00‑17:00 work window.
- Assist in inventory management of detergents, fabric softeners, and other consumables, placing orders when stock levels are low.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling special laundry requests, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, complying with all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Utilize WhatsApp and other communication tools for shift updates, reporting, and coordination with supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and new laundry technologies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all, with a preference for female candidates not older than 35 years.
- Experience: Prior experience in laundry operations is highly preferred; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills: Ability to read instructions, perform simple calculations, and maintain accurate records.
- Tech‑savvy: Must have a functional WhatsApp account for internal communications.
- Personal attributes: Honest, diligent, meticulous, and capable of maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Availability: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods.
- Soft skills: Strong teamwork, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
