The successful candidate will operate primarily in the Pemalang region, engaging directly with Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and their households to foster sustainable economic growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted selling activities and perform diligent collection of overdue loan payments (2+ months delinquent) for Amartha’s portfolio of borrowers.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling and financial literacy support to rural households participating in Amartha’s UMKM programs.
- Facilitate weekly member meetings, monitor transaction records, and ensure accurate documentation of all service interactions.
- Track repayment schedules, verify that installments are received on time, and intervene promptly to resolve any payment issues.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to identify high‑risk accounts and develop customized recovery strategies.
- Report field insights, client feedback, and market trends to senior management to help refine product offerings.
- Maintain a professional and trustworthy presence in the community, acting as the face of Amartha and reinforcing brand credibility.
