Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and evaluate digital and offline campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, senior management, and cross‑functional teams in clear, compelling presentations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) and propose optimization tactics.
- Lead ad‑hoc projects that require deep data analysis, such as pricing strategy revisions, product launch assessments, and channel effectiveness studies.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on data collection methods, analytical techniques, and best practices for reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry contacts to expand the company’s market reach.
- Utilize personal vehicle and valid SIM C to attend field visits, client meetings, and on‑site events as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales analysis, marketing research, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; confidence speaking in front of groups and presenting data‑driven insights.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset with strong initiative to meet and exceed targets.
- Extensive personal network and ability to leverage contacts for business development.
