Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist Content Social Media to join our fast‑growing fashion and lifestyle brand based in Bandung. Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Design and maintain a monthly content calendar that balances organic posts, stories, reels, and paid campaigns.
  • Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand’s voice, incorporate storytelling techniques, and encourage interaction.
  • Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators such as CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Analyze platform insights, engagement metrics, and growth trends to produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce eye‑catching graphics, videos, and campaign assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and related tools.
  • Conduct product photo and video shoots, ensuring high‑quality visual assets for both organic and paid content.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats, applying insights to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, sales, and product development—to align social initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain a disciplined workflow, meeting deadlines while demonstrating flexibility to respond to real‑time opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education (D3/S1) is a plus.
  • Female candidates up to 27 years old; all genders welcome to apply for similar roles.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft brand‑consistent messaging.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable using native platform analytics and third‑party tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Self‑starter with a keen eye for trends, a disciplined work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
  • Own a reliable device (smartphone/laptop) and a motorcycle is preferred for on‑site content creation in Bandung.
  • Residency in Bandung or willingness to relocate.
  • Full‑time availability with flexible working hours as needed.
