Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Delivery and Pickup Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily pickup and delivery routes, taking into account traffic patterns, customer availability, and vehicle capacity.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
- Monitor real‑time delivery status using GPS tracking tools and provide proactive updates to customers and management.
- Perform routine checks on personal motor vehicles used for deliveries, ensuring they meet safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incident reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and document feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation by verifying received goods against purchase orders and delivery manifests.
- Support shift transitions by handing over critical information, pending tasks, and any outstanding exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local transportation regulations, and health‑safety guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for process optimization, such as route consolidation, fuel‑saving strategies, and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20 – 25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of driving and loading/unloading tasks.
- Honest, meticulous, and highly responsible attitude.
- Professional appearance; neat and clean grooming.
- Willingness to work rotating morning or night shifts, Monday through Saturday.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid driving license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – polite, friendly, and capable of clear communication.
- Basic knowledge of logistics management and ability to use scheduling software.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
