Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail‑oriented individuals to join our customer service team in Pekanbaru. This entry‑level role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and promote a positive brand experience. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and includes a comprehensive one‑month training program to equip you with the skills needed for success.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Identify and resolve common issues such as order status, billing questions, and technical difficulties.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support staff while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
  • Participate in daily briefings and share feedback that can improve service quality.
  • Follow up with customers after issue resolution to confirm satisfaction.
  • Adhere strictly to company guidelines, service level agreements, and confidentiality standards.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training and self‑study.
  • Support team initiatives such as promotional campaigns, surveys, and quality audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates who are unmarried (as specified by the current recruitment policy).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in previous roles or academic projects.
  • Willingness to attend a one‑month intensive training program before starting regular duties.
  • Ability to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday, adhering to the 08:00‑17:00 schedule.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and internet browsers.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and company procedures.
