Introduction

We are seeking an energetic Sales Canvasser to join our dynamic team in the thriving fragrance industry. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy face‑to‑face interaction, have a passion for scent experiences, and are driven to exceed sales targets. You will be the frontline ambassador of our premium perfume and cosmetic lines, building relationships with retailers, small‑business owners, and end‑consumers across the region.

Working Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, you will have the autonomy to plan your own route, manage your own appointments, and directly influence the growth of our brand in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct canvassing activities and regular visits to shops, UMKM (micro‑small enterprises), and potential customers to promote our fragrance portfolio.
  • Present product features, distribute samples, and provide tailored perfume recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of repeat orders and customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals, then close sales efficiently and professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and submit detailed activity reports to the sales manager.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sample distribution, and customer feedback using our sales administration tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who meet the other criteria.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related FMCG sectors.
  • Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for field mobility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities to plan routes, manage time, and keep accurate sales documentation.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in administrative sales tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM apps) and the ability to generate routine reports.
