Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work station, including daily cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product recommendations, answering questions about bean origins, and ensuring each visit is personalized.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and rotate stock to guarantee freshness and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring swift service while maintaining product quality.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, completing regular health‑inspection checklists.
- Assist in training new baristas, sharing best practices for latte art, drink preparation, and customer interaction.
- Participate in periodic menu development sessions, contributing ideas for seasonal drinks and limited‑time offerings.
- Work efficiently under pressure, meeting the scheduled work hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
