We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our Crew Penjualan Toko Area Depok team. As a sales representative stationed at partner outlets—whether in bustling street locations or high‑traffic malls—you will be the face of Home Credit, guiding customers through our flexible payment solutions and helping them achieve their purchasing goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Home Credit financing products to customers visiting partner retail outlets.
- Engage with shoppers through friendly, professional interaction, explaining product benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile applications, process applications, and capture customer data securely.
- Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create and share engaging content that drives awareness and traffic to the outlet.
- Assist customers throughout the entire payment journey, from initial inquiry to final transaction, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Maintain an organized and presentable workstation, including promotional materials, brochures, and POS equipment.
- Collect and report daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with outlet staff and Home Credit support teams to resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements, compliance standards, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward challenges.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to be deployed at partner outlets in Depok, covering both street‑level and mall environments.
- Flexibility to work the schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00.
- Proficiency in using social media tools for marketing and basic digital literacy.
