Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading player in Indonesia’s multifinance industry, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Collector for its Boroko Region office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end collection process of overdue accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers a dynamic work environment where analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of credit processes are essential.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily collection activities for overdue accounts, prioritizing cases based on risk and aging.
- Monitor credit portfolios and track repayment schedules to identify potential delinquencies early.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange payment plans that align with company policies.
- Negotiate settlements with borrowers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions in the CRM system, updating status and notes promptly.
- Collaborate with the credit risk team to assess the viability of re‑structuring options for high‑risk accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, overdue trends, and recovery ratios for senior management.
- Provide feedback to the sales and underwriting departments on recurring payment issues to improve future credit assessments.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and align on targets.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all borrower interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related finance role; experience in a multifinance environment is a strong plus.
- Age limit: maximum 29‑30 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting requirements.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software, MS Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch office in Boroko, aligning with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
