Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista Profesional Pengolah Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant café team. This full‑time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee culture, enjoy fast‑paced customer interaction, and thrive in a collaborative, shift‑based environment. The position is open to female candidates aged 18 years or older who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee‑based beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, and specialty drinks, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Take customer orders accurately, suggest menu items, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all utensils, cups, and service areas meet hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, notifying the supervisor of low stock levels.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, covering opening and closing duties as scheduled.
- Uphold the café’s brand image by delivering friendly, courteous, and prompt service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: Minimum 18 years old
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
